Infinity Acupuncture faces some unique challenges as an alternative healing business in the community clinic model. Acupuncture visits are priced on a low-cost sliding scale, making ancient Chinese healing techniques accessible to many while requiring a steady stream of clients to maintain growth. Together, we devised a strategy that included a definition of the target market, further development of the brand, and advertising in print and on the radio. Rather than competing with other area clinics for their clients, we chose to create go after people who have never experienced acupuncture before. The combination of this strategy and the fantastic location of the clinic have contributed to a steady increase of monthly bookings and revenue.
